the item works great, I love it, it is great for walking and jogging and sitting when your sciatica acts up and you need to sit for awhile

NOT RECOMMENDED. My rollator walker collapsed. It may have been due to the difficult assembly process. I gave my broken rollator to an engineer who will not only repair it but donate it to an 80+ senior. Today, I ordered an already assembled rollator walker by DRIVE. AMAZON will deliver my new already ASSEMBLED rollator walker, TOMORROW.

Well it’s alittle heavy for me I’m only 5’6” tall and a small frame. But I does move and it will be traveling with me in December for a short stay in Tx. It folds up really easy and it only weighs 18.7 pounds. And the quality is #10! It was easy to assemble. And when I needed taller it was so easy to push the button and up the handles went! All over a 5⭐️!

This rollator has good and bad points.Good Points: Welding is good, finish is good, wheels are sized well, adjustable handles are good, folds nicely.Bad Points: Instructions unreadable without magnifying glass essentially useless. I put mine together by looking at pictures. The brakes didn't work very well requiring a lot of adjustment and sandpaper to remove the shine from brake pads to grip and work.

Mostly very good, directions us less , writing and diagrams too small.

I bought this for my 80 yo mother who demanded a new walker... But she barely uses it. She uses the old one. People in her development (Senior Independent Living) love this walker. Many of them asked me where I got it and next thing you know, they all have one. It is pretty flashy, looks like a hot rod. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Bought during Black Friday. Had been looking at this product for over a year and the discount talked me into the purchase. It is very sturdy and easy to use. I am loving the smooth glide.

Purchased for a patient who needs something with larger wheels to traverse uneven surfaces and convenient enough to put in the back of a SUV. Unfortunately, the product is heavy. Heavier than this patient would or should be lifting. It’s make also has the feeling that the product has some wobbly parts. ALL PARTS ARE TIGHT and put together correctly. It’s just the way it’s designed. I wouldn’t recommend for an elderly person and or someone who is needing this to use without another person’s help.
