Yoga from a chair?
I loved how positive and spiritual this book is. The author connects yoga to the chakras and how one can help the other to heal and grow. The book details each exercise and breaks it down so that it is easy to understand and complete on your own. There are cute illustrations for each exercise. The author pulls it all together in a great detailed daily workout. There is even a bonus section on toning the face, so that was interesting to see. I enjoyed reading this book very much.

Chair yoga is great for seniors as it doesn't require you to leave the house and you have the chair to reduce the chances of falling. This book has some great yoga exercises that anyone can do. My mom loves doing chair yoga and has even gotten my dad to do some with her. Chair yoga is great for keeping your muscles limber.

Very useful for seniors
I have been practising yoga for quite some time and decided to give this book to my mother who thought she could not follow it because of her age. Now she too is discovering how many benefits this practice can bring to her life, many aches and pains can be helped by a daily routine. She has been given instructions for many yoga postures and how she should proceed with more difficult poses as she learns. She was very surprised and is getting into yoga herself, because it is benefiting both her mind and body.

A very comprehensive and comprehensive volume on yoga to be practised, even for beginners. I'm practising yoga along with my workout and it helps me relax my muscles and relax my mind on heavier days. The author will guide you in the practice of yoga from the simplest to the most complex positions. This book is helping me a lot to improve beautiful yoga and relieve stress. So I recommend it!

I gave this book to my father as a present and he found it beneficial because there are simple movements to do that for a sedentary person are not strenuous but actually reactivate the circle a bit!

I was looking for this book for my grandmother who loves to do yoga but at her age she can't do much now, with these exercises almost all sitting down I finally see her better and happy.
