Fantastic little phone for my 80 yr old Mum. Easy to set up, easy to use and nice looking too….chose the red one so she can see it in her handbag. Was skeptical but it’s great… would defo recommend this phone

I've given 4 stars due to the instructions supplied being inadequate for an elderly person with no previous experience of mobile phones. I had to write out step by step instructions for my elderly Mother, whilst navigating the phone. Once she has grasped it, the phone will be simple to use. The SOS button is a great facility as is the speed dial. Also the simplicity of opening to answer and closing to hang up. More detailed instructions are needed as not everyone will have someone to help them.

I am very pleased with my new mobile phone. As I have been getting older I found I needed a device with larger buttons and clearer screen. This phone suits my needs very well.

Phone charger not working cant charge phone

Bought this to replace an old phone of my husband's! He's no technophobe so this suits him fine. Put in his old SIM card and that was him up and running! Highly recommend. Nice small size but easy to read the text!

This was bought for my elderly mother. It failed within a couple of days stating no SIM card. After removing and re-inserted it worked again briefly. This has continued over the last month with the phone working properly for a couple of hours to several days but always fails. I’ve used both the SIM slots to no avail. The returns date ended a day before it arrived so I cannot ask for a refund. Avoid.

Excellent value for edely mother simple to use as a phone.
