Stainless Steel Stock Pot with Lid, 20 Quart, Silver

We’re a family of three — my husband, our 3-year-old son, and me — and I cook most of our meals from scratch. I bought this large pot mainly for making big batches of meat and bone broth so I can freeze portions for later. The pot is tall, lightweight for its size, and made of stainless steel with sturdy handles and a matching lid. It holds a lot and works well for broths, soups, and meal prep. The steel is not very thick, but for everyday family cooking it has worked well for me. A good option for larger families or anyone who likes to cook ahead🧑‍🍳

The stock pot is perfect for cooking pasta and bulk the way I like to do it for dinner parties. It doesn’t leave my pasta tasting like metal or anything weird like that. I am very glad I got this at a great price and I definitely would buy from IMUSA again!

I had previously purchased a slightly larger size of this same pot a couple of years ago for finishing maple syrup and decided I needed a 2nd for use after final filter before bottling. Just as on the previous pot, I drilled a hole and installed a ball valve. One thing I noticed is that this pan is slightly thicker than the other which is great. Don't get me wrong, these are cheap stainless pots not top chef quality but if you need real stainless pots that won't break the bank, these fit the bill.

Minus ten stars. I just wasted about a $100 of food. I make my own cat food for healthier reasons. And I have done it before in the smaller pot, I was a little bit suspicious. When the box was so very light and the pot was very thin, but then again. Maybe with some new way of doing it, it will be fine. I put all the ingredients in about $70 of meat and all other ingredients. And it was put on a simmer on the lowest temperature. And it burnt the bottom I could smell it when out checked it and everything. In there smells burnt and my whole apartment smells burnt.There is a black layer on the bottom.So if you're doing anything other than boiling water, this is a piece of c***, do not buy it.... The pot seems to be OK, but when it was delivered, the lid was missing. I called IMUSA, and they informed me that their products are packaged and shipped by Amazon. They gave me a toll-free number to call Amazon customer service. When I called Amazon, they gave me only two options: send the item back for a full refund or receive a partial refund and keep the item. They said they could not just send me the lid. Very frustrating. Since I wanted the item, I chose to get the partial refund. I will try to see if I can use aluminium foil as a makeshift lid. I am using this for home brewing and really only need to cover the pot when I am cooling the wort in an ice bath in the sink. I just need to keep stuff from getting into the wort while it cools. But, very disappointing.

This pot is perfect for water bath canning a few jars! It is large enough to hold enough water to properly cover the jars. I haven’t used it for actual cooking, but it seems to heat evenly and clean up is a breeze.

Light weight but heavy duty. Great for gumbo, soups, stock, and noodles.

Very thin material, almost flimsy but works well for stock, hot ciders, or beer making. Would not recommend for heavy soups or things that burn easily. The label that came on the pot when it arrived was very difficult to get off. You get what you pay for with this pot, and I needed something cheap and this is exactly what I got.

I absolutely love this pot! Its very lightweight and easy to handle, nothing sticks to the bottom when cooking.
