Best quality out there. I have tried all the basic, name brand, generics, high end brands. These are by far the best out there. Absorbency is at least twice as much as any of the others - a huge help with overflow incontinence! You don't sacrifice on quality either ... Inner lining doesn't irritate or stick to skin. Outer layer doesn't become moist when full like some of the more expensive high end diapers. Only area I find could benefit from better fit is less width between the legs. It tends to be bulky there and child demonstrates some discomfort due to this factor. Highly recommend for youth dealing with incontinence.

Love these . My 14 year old autistic son still needs so wear diapers . I was desperate to find some that fit better and absorbed all of the urine . I was using a store brand size 7 that worked until recently and he wa getting is bed wet all the time bc the diapers weren’t absorbing the urine . Got these today and I’m so happy I took a chance . Not only do they fit better but they absorb so much urine !!!!

These diapers are awful.. yes, they do absorb lots of the liquid but they’re so bulky! I have an 8 year old with Autism and CP, he has an AFO on his right foot, so I need to find diapers that have the Velcro sides to make changing easier. He’s an active 8 year old and they just seem so bulky and I hate the straps, they seem so awkwardly placed too.

Perfect for my special needs toddler who is taking longer to learn how to use the potty. This diaper is large enough to wrap fully around my child’s body, holds plenty of urine and all the poop, and I like the double straps. Works great.

I have a special needs daughter. She is not potty trained I use these for her. They arrived sooner than expected which was great because she was down to her last few. I just wish they weren't so expensive

These are by far the best diapers I’ve found for my daughter… she’s 16 and has CP but she’s very small but too big for kids diapers… the XS are perfect!!!

My granddaughter is handicapped and pull ups are not convenient for a child that doesn’t stand. We bought these for the tabs and because it said it would fit her waist measurement. She has a 29inch waist and these wouldn’t even reach around to fasten.

Used this product for a 10 years old who lives with Autism. Not very good product for children who are very active. Would be a good product for someone with lots of awearness of bathroom needs and has good communication

These nappies worked well for my disabled son. Didn't cause any leaks and didn't cause any rashes or reactions. They were comfortable in the legs, but not the waist. This is why I'm only giving a 4 star review. The price could be abit more lower too but all around the product is good

Don't be fooled. These are nappies, not nappy pants as the name implied. If your child wiggles or walks, likelihood is, these won't be right for you.
