This watch come with instructions about features the watch don’t have ! Also you cannot set the time and date and their is no options to do it ! ( not sure why the main function of this devise is not available ) camera is very bad . Touch screen not so responsive . Overall a very bad device . Also requires downloading a app to set up the features . So if you don’t have a seperate device to do this then u cannot really use the watch

Everytime I put the sim card in its telling me to insert valid sim card can anyone help

Returned as it was for my 10 year old grandson and his dad thought it was more for a younger age group.Nothing wrong with watch though it had quite a lot of features etc

Doesn’t come with charger, can’t even turn the watch on

Hi I got this for my daughter and have not been able to set it up because the battery is not holding a charge. I forgot to send it back before I went on holiday and now I’ve missed the return date. Is there anything I can do with it now?

This is really not accurate at all , after having to buy and pay a monthley subscription for a sim card the accuracy of the GPS is rubbish, my child is literally 30 yards from the front door but the app is showing her at a street nearly 10 minutes away from home, this would cause me unnecessary 😟

Unfortunately this item did not state Thet you need a phone SIM card to use it.
