No fishy burps
I haven’t felt or seen any difference in my health after switching 1/2 of my omega 3 dose to this from using exclusively fish sources. But there are no fish burps and the capsule is smaller to swallow. I plan to continue to take half-and-half for a little bit.

Better for digestion

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love how small these are - so easy to take. I also have the branded glass container for storage which is great. I’ve always avoided omega 3 fish oil supplements but these are great - no smell. No taste. No after taste. Was just testing but going to subscribe!

My skin!!!
So tiny and easy to swallow. I bought them because of the small softgel size. Also being over 40 I know omega 3s are crucial and I love that these are plant based. I have been taking 2 pills twice a day and it seems to helping with my complexion which is a surprise bonus!

Bye-bye baby brain.
I brought these for the "baby brain" after having two children in two years, I can tell when I don't take them. I'm back to forgetting basic words, and putting TV remotes into fridges. They really do help with no side affects. 10/10

Good product
So far I could see the difference on my skin and I would try it again but it was a bit expensive, also I selected click and collect which they did but still charges me £5 for next day delivery, yes I got it next day but to keep the cost down I would have rather the free click and collect option.

Great product just too oily!
Great product but really had an adverse effect on my stomach could not tolerate it after 4 months still have the full packet on my shelf, seems a shame to throw it away, but really made me ill for the whole day after taking terrible stomach cramps too oily, again great product but just to oily had to stop taking. Maybe okay if you don't already have stomach issues!
