Plant Therapy Organic Lemon Essential Oil 10 mL (1/3 oz) Pure, Undiluted

Organic EO's are always my preference, only second to wild grown oils, but I think buying organic/wild citrus oils is especially important. Most citrus essential oils, unless otherwise noted, are cold pressed. That means the peel of the fruit doesn't meet steam, or likely anything that would sanitize it and wash away pesticides. Those chemicals could go right in with the oil. And would you trust that non-organic citrus peels are cleansed of their pesticides before they're cold pressed into oil? Dubious. As to the scent of this organic lemon essential oil: it's bright and juicy and you can smell the quality. Amazing to add to natural cleaning products, it has a strong scent with only a few drops and makes everything smell sweet, clean and happy. I've tried diffusing it alone in a nebulizer, but it's a little too strong for that; it's more beautiful to add a few drops of it to another oil as a complement. Goes well with herbaceous oils, florals, and even resins. I wish Plant Therapy bottles stated where the oil comes from. On the Plant Therapy website it says this can come from Argentina, USA, or Italy. I'd prefer to know exactly where the batch I'm using has come from.

Product was packaged well, with no breaks or leaks and the smell is clean and refreshing. It smells like fresh lemons rather than an overly lemon smell that some other oils have.

This oil came the day after I ordered it! I do live in the saw town as the company does, so that's not a surprise. I love the scent! I didn't expect to receive it in such a cute little box, it came in teal- my favorite color. That was a fun surprise! I am buying whatever oil that I can from Plant Thearpy. I have loved every oil I've bought from them. The price is right, they offer organic, the shipping is fast, and the packaging is sweet! I also like that they put ‘kid friendly’ on the bottle. I use the lemon oil in my water throughout the day. It's great for the liver and it's refreshing! My only complaint is how sad it is when the oil has run out 😆.

I use essential oils for several purposes: diffusing, skin care formulations and cleaning. I had NOW lemon for diffusing, but when it comes to putting oils on my skin I will often invest in an organic option. I don't always buy organic due to cost but was advised it is worth it when it comes to citrus oils because the pesticides are sprayed directly on the peel and the oil also comes directly from the peel. I had also used Aura Cacia Lemon as well. All three are great but the Plant Therapy Organic Lemon has the strongest and sweetest lemon smell of the three. It comes through strong in my formulations and works amazingly well on my skin for fading scars, discoloration, and stretch marks. It was definitely worth buying this organic lemon for my skin. It is also so much stronger smelling I will occasionally diffuse it, but my NOW oil is perfectly pleasant for diffusing. It is also very reasonably priced and arrived on time, not leaking. You will not be dissappointed. I will order this oil again and again as it runs out.

I have typically used DoTerra essential oils in the past but because if their high pricing decided to seek out a more reasonably priced essential oil that didn't compromise integrity. From what I found searching reviews and the company's website, Plant Therapy seems to be that company. The scent of the oil smells pure and not like a chemical which many inexpensive oils contain. I use the lemon oil for cleaning and mix in coconut oil for a whipped coconut body butter I make. The smell is vibrant, crisp and clean. My sensitive skin hasn't had any adverse reactions which says a lot too. I'm enjoying it!

This is the best essential oil I have found to date. It smells amazing. Smells like they stuck the actual fruit in the bottle. I will continue to purchase from this company.

Finally, my replacement oils arrived today. I’m so happy! Excellent oil, I can tell it is really 100% pure EO, smells so good and cheaper too than what I’m using right now. Thanks Plant Therapy!
