Ordered this product for my cat because I had to urgently leave for a few days. When I received it, there was no power adapter in the box although the manual mentions there should be.Not sending the product for replacement because I don't have time to send it back and get a new one.Just writing this review so that the seller knows this happened. Product seems to be working fine otherwise, so far. But this left a bad taste in my mouth.Dear seller: Send me the adapter if possible. Please, thank you.

Was actually surprised with how well this works, especially because of how afforable it was. Works perfectly. The large container makes it convenient. I needed the feeder for my kitten because of my irregular work schedule. U just need to test the portion sizes out so that u know exactly what u need, only because I would say they run smaller than advertised.

The media could not be loaded.  We purchased this feeder to replace an older one that was no longer reliable due to the food not being fully dispensed. We are leaving for a few days and even though we do have someone come check on our babies, we like to make sure they have their food dispensed to them at the same time every day. Anyhow, this feeder is so much better then our old one and is working so much better. The locking feature on the top of the feeder ensures that the food won't come out if your cat tips it over and that is nice, especially since we will be gone and won't be able to put it upright right away. The feeding bowl locks tightly so it would take a pretty strong or smart cat to dislodge it from the feeder. The ease of cleaning and overall functionality make this one of my favorite purchases. We love having an automatic cat feeder because it is really useful and I would not want to go back to worrying about missed feedings. This one has worked well for our furry friends and I highly recommend it.
