Works well on foil based insulation. Has a backing paper meaning application is easy, you don't end up with bits sticking everywhere.

Great insulation for my homebrew boiler
2 layers on the buffalo boiler permanently and then a single layer jacket for during the mash. Loads leftover to do again once the first load gets dirty and worn.
