Pre heat and not overheat and it's awesome
I learned the hard way so you don't have to. Stainless MUST be preheated on medium before applying oil and food. AFTER PRE HEAT. I pour a thin even amount of oil, After that sub 60 second prep process, it's all good from there including cleaning. The first time I got, I didn't pre heat, then used too much heat, over oiled. It was a sticky mess. After learning the prep method, I made the same food. The difference was excellent from prep to taste to clean up. There are no rivets or screw heads inside the pan suface so it's easier to clean. Handle attachment feels solid. I feel these pans are disciplining me to be a better cook in respect to temperature, oil use, and knowledge of materials. For camping, propane use is more efficient now that I know I don't have to torch things. The handles can also be unscrewed for more portability. So far, carne asada, eggs, arepas, and cut potatoes have been cooked. All had a pretty easy clean up. The 9&11 inch pan set is under $40, the best deal in the options. Spend the moment to prep, use the right heat, and they will be shiny, ready, and dependable for you.

A good alternative to more expensive brands.
These pans are a good design and should last a long time. The handles are user bolt-on allowing you to detach them for a good scrubbing in the dishwasher. That may turn out to be a weak point though. We will see. A good value versus more expensive lines.

If only i could return it
This should be in an infomercial as the 'other' pan compared to the non-stick type. Absolutely awful in every way. The other one got a burn mark after the first use, the other left a mark on my glass stove it wasn't supposed to make. I actually switched pans in the pictured attempt & finished cooking my potatoes in another one.

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!
This is now my third Delarlo stainless steel pan. I am so impressed with the performance of the first, and then the second, I will now only buy Delarlo. It cooks evenly and beautifully. No more dangerous non-stick coatings. Very easy to clean. And I like the detachable handle. Some pans eventually have a handle that becomes slightly loose and there's no way to tighten it. You will never have that problem with Delarlo pans. So happy I found them on Amazon!

Do not recommend
Arrived damaged and they turn brown after the first use and you cannot clean them. Even following all the instructions still food sticks and you can’t ever get them back to the original product
