Fantastic. I’ve been using this for a few months and it’s great. Fits perfectly into the machine and has taken my daily coffee from being a mess of overflowing coffee grounds to zero cleanup and no coffee grounds on the counter. I’ve been recommending this to literally anyone I know with a barista express. It’s been using it for about 5/6 months and it’s held up really well.

This shield is superb and certainly does the job. It will definitely prevent any spillage with the Sage barista machine and allows full top up with grounds.

Design neatly captures coffee grinds and stops a lot of the mess. Fits securely on Sage Barrista machine. However feels a little flimsy/cheap, it will be annoying if the tabs break off.

An absolute must for any Sage Barista. No more spillage of coffee!!

Reason: Bought to reduce the mess/waste when filling portafilter before tamping. Quality: nicely moulded, I think the tangs that hold it onto the portafilter could be more robust but time will tell. Other: Made of plastic but nothing to identify which plastic so not possible to recycle when the time comes. When you make another injection tool can you sort this out, be a little friendlier to the planet.

Makes dosing and tamping much easier and cleaner.

I should’ve gotten this YEARS ago!!! I DEEPLY REGRET IT!!🥲 It works perfectly with the default Breville Barista Express & can mount on the ground dispenser when installed to the 54mm portafilter, fits like normal. I easily attach it, dispense my grounds, use my wire distribution tool, tap the portafilter, lightly tamp the grounds, remove the dosing funnel, give my espresso one final good tamp & then pull a beautiful espresso shot. All without spilling a single speck or a whisper coffee grounds!🙌 It’s made my morning espresso routine so much faster & easier, it’s even improved my pulls! It’s the best tool in my coffee setup, & it was the cheapest of the bunch! GET IT!!!👍

Product quality looks good but It does not fit snugly into my breville express impress. had to position it weirdly in order for the machine to detect

Der Dosierring passt sehr gut auf den Siebträger und in die Maschine. Endlich wird kein Kaffee mehr verschwendet, weil er über den Rand des Siebträgers läuft. Nach dem Mahlen den Siebträger kurz aufklopfen, dann den Dosierring abnehmen und tampern, fertig.
