Can I tell which button was pressed?

Yes. Each wireless call button shows a unique number on the receiver. The upgraded version also includes voice announcements like “Number 1” to help you identify the caller quickly—even without looking at the screen.

What is the wireless range? Can it work in multi-story homes?

The wireless caregiver pager covers over 500 ft (150 m) in open space. It’s been tested by users in two- and three-story homes, with stable performance across bedrooms, kitchens, and even outdoor patios. Actual range may vary by layout and materials.

Will the alert keep ringing if a button is pressed by mistake?

No. The receiver rings twice and displays the number for 3 minutes. The upgraded version also supports number voice prompts, so it can clearly announce “Number 1” or “Number 2” for faster response from caregivers.

Is the receiver loud enough? Can it be heard during deep sleep?

Yes. The caregiver pager has adjustable volume with a maximum of 110 dB and offers 44 different ringtones. It is loud enough to wake a deep sleeper, as reported by many users. You can also lower the volume at night to avoid disturbing others.

How long does the battery last in the call button?

The BT007 call button uses a CR2450 (3V, 600mAh) battery. Under typical use (about 20 presses per day), it lasts up to 1 year. It also features a low battery alert to remind you when it’s time to replace the battery.
