Do wings move and stretch out so child can pretend it's flying?

Well the wings can be held open with both hands and the child can fly the Macaw around the room. But no the wings do not actually stretch out..kid will hold them out (the old timey way)!

How many ?? type 2a, 3a ??? all the verbiage and nothing about power. i'll keep looking.

This is a plush bird and it doesn’t not move. No batteries required.
