Finally, a true purple that doesn't turn blue!!!
I've had other purple gel colors turn my buttercream blue. This food coloring lets me tint my buttercream from the palest lavender to a deep purple! Pro-gel is now my go-to gel coloring brand!!!

Great for Macarons
I bought this to get an eggplant color for some macarons I'm making for a wedding. I wanted to get a deep eggplant color, this color is perfect and didn't brown when I baked the macarons. I will order this again.

Sehr schöne, intensive Farbe und angenehm in der Verarbeitung. Der Gelfarbstoff lässt sich gut dosieren und gleichmäßig in die Creme einarbeiten. Für meinen lilafarbenen Tortenaufleger hat er genau den gewünschten Farbton ergeben.

Rundum zufrieden
- Lieferung wie gewohnt schnell - Bestellt im Dezember 2025 und MHD 12/2029 Das Farbergebnis finde ich super. Bei einem hellen Biskuitboden kann man wunderbar ein helles und ein dunkles lila abbilden (siehe Bilder). Dabei habe ich nur 1-2 Tropfen benötigt. Ich habe damit sowohl Fondant als auch Buttercreme und den Biskuitboden gefärbt. Über die Belastung durch künstliche Farbstoffe kann man bei der geringen Menge (davon schafft jeder maximal 1 Stück Torte) nun streiten.
