The dream coat works!!

I love this product. I bought it a while ago and didn’t use it and I tried it today and I’m blown away. I wish I’d started using it when I bought it. Highly recommend

Not terribly wow

The dream coat product works if you have previously had a Brazilian blowout, Lazio or Kerastan straightening treatment to keep it alive. The shampoo and conditioner may wash, but leave my hair unable comb. I tried the kale and the coconut leave in treatments, which only left my hair fizzier, and, worse for wear. Worst of all is customer service. They do not stand behind their products do not try to make sure you are using them as the bottle directs if you can magnify to read directions and give you form letter answers and clueless expressions just how to return them at your inconvenience and expense. No answers to why they did not work on your hair or suggest you try mixing them. Not all bad dreamcoat was ok. I cannot recommend that people use these products when company does not stand behind their products. If there was a negative star on review it would be mine.
