Don't Throw This Away! The Civil Engineering Life

I particularly enjoyed this amusing group of essays on life in general as viewed through the eyes of a civil engineer... Anyone who thinks engineers are "nerdy" and not creative should read this book. Mr. Brenner is an excellent writer who gets his point across in an eminently readable fashion. I am looking forward to reading his next book, "Bridginess."

I bought this book for my grandson who was majoring in civil engineering in college. He thought it was great.

This is a great book of short stories written by a insightful Engineer and Professor.Brian has a way of bringing humor to the daily events we all experience. I especially like the stories about his "Technological Friend", who sounds brilliant.

This book is fantastic. The stories are very funny and entertaining for geek and non-geek alike. I highly recommend this book.
