Haier 598 L, 3 Star, 83% Convertible Fridge Space, Expert Inverter, Frost Free Side by Side Refrigerator, (HRT-683KG, Black Glass)

I purchased the fridge in october 2020Firstly, the offer from amazon and the service was very good, it came on the given date exchange was done hassle free and the installation and demo was given on same day.. which was great and super happy with it..The no cost emi options and other discouts given were also very good.Secondly the fridge looks awesome and has few fantastic feature which are very good at such prize point, like fuzzy (all auto) vacation mode, superfriz. The touch panel is very good to change the controle of fridge or frezer temps. You can also lock the temp controles which is very good. Fridge has door open warning which start beeping if the door stays open for say more than 15 or 20 seconds. The doors also dont close automatically as they stay at 90 degree opening. And all the trays can be opened at 90 degree door opened.Thirdly the quantity of 570 litters is maasive compared to my prior fridge which was around 320 litters in total. The refigerator is around 348 litters and the deep frizer is 222 litters.The cooling is very good in both sections and freezes preety fast for that matter.Lastly due to the double inverter technology the unit uses less that 345 units per year which is very cheap for such huge quantity (my older 320 litter 5 star fridge used to use 640 units per year)The only thing which i dint like the the bottel racks on door which cannot be relocated but thats fine as relocation of it will interfere with the trays at the bottom.All n all very happy with the product and amazon. And hope to stay like that.Note: I would suggets you to speak to amazon cc before you buy it and check if it ican come to your place by measuring the height width of your staircases and doors. And add floor number and if your address has a lift or not in your address.

The product is great, have been using it since June, no complaints so far. However, there is one spice rack missing as shown in the picture, when we contacted the service centre they refused saying that it is a faulty picture update by AMAZON... As, we like the product so didn't lodge a complaint for a small spice rack.However, kindly look into the matter, to avoid any further consumer complaint

Excellent Product good storage space and performance. Flip side is the delivery agent. When they call prior to delivery, their reaction is awkward if the delivery location is anything above ground floor. Fridge can be easily moved through stairs if the width of staircase is 70cm and above including the hairpin bend on the stairs. In my case delivery agent was very rude and left the box at the ground level. I arranged man power on my own and moved the box to third floor.

The fride is absolute good.. 5 stars actually!!The single star is for the delivery experience..The delivery by Amazon was very poor.The delivery man refused to bring the fridge to my home and left it in the parking lot. I had to spend Rs. 2500 to take the fride to my home on the first floor.The worst part was, neither Amazon nor the Seller are responding to my calls and complaints..

Best in class and , don't forget to check with the offline stores as my friend got it 5000 rs cheaper with offline store. Secondly the storage is divided into two vertical doors , out out of it the first side has complete refrigeration/freezer chamber so ultimately it is useless for Indian family second side which is normal fridge is having small space as compared to standard double door fridge as you can't put more stuff inside it but yes overall look wise and if you have the fascination for the double door side by side door fridge go for it

Usually I don't write reviews but this is a costly purchase with no option of returning back (only replacement) so others should also be guided before purchasing it. A step by step review:Nicely packedFridge is too heavy even for putting on ground floor you need at least 5 people. Delivery guys were nice they arranged 4 more by themselves(total 6) and shifted to my house in first floor.No dent or scratches anywhere outside or inside. Inside is packed as good as outside.Fridge looks are too good when you open the fridge the nice LED light brighten up your mood.Space is enough for a family of 4/5 membersDisplay panel in the front is ok not too hard to understand you will get it when company technician will give demo at your place. Not too much in the panel just fridge, freezer temp settings plus fuzzy and holiday mode. All will be explained by technician.Important : Left hand side is complete freezer. Freezer section is big as per Indian preference because we dont store canned food as much. IT CANNOT BE CONVERTED TO FRIDGE. Minimum temp for freezer is -14C. So you have to store items here carefully. Better to store in boxes (plastic or polybags). Anything stored openly(without boxes) may spoil the item once it is taken out of freezer. So be very careful about what you are purchasing a large freezer and a slightly bigger fridge in one package. You will used to it after some days.Right hand side is regular fridge with ample space. No complains with this section.No noise totally silent operation.Frost Free.Odor free.Good linear cooling from top to bottom in the entire fridge.Door will beep after some seconds if remained open.No lock of any kind.Technician will also check your electric board phase and neutral if not correct pls correct it for staying out of electric troubles.So, if you are OK with the freezer part which is not convertible to fridge this is one of the best option in side by side fridge category. A simple fridge. You will not regret.Pros:In this price range, you cant ask for more.Cons:Freezer cannot be converted to fridge.No door lock of any kind.
