I’ve been using kitchen knives for 60 years and this knife is hands down the sharpest knife I’ve ever used. I’ve only used it on vegetables so far but it cuts them perfectly. It has perfect balance, looks good and makes chopping vegetables fast and easy. The only question I have left is how long will it stay this sharp because I hate sharpening knives. I would also warn any novice to be extraordinarily careful with it because it’s like handling a surgical scalpel. Will update when it’s time to sharpen it.

Nakiri knives can be pricey but this one was very reasonable. Well packaged, has two small gaurds on the sharpest corners. Handles well, seems sturdy.

This is a nice knife. I’ve never spent a great deal of money on a knife before, maybe $30 ish, so I can’t say it’s the best but it is very nice.Too Sharp is a good name for it. I sliced a tomato yesterday that typically would have been pulverized by any of my other knives.It has some bulk to it but isn’t heavy. Alternative to a cleaver.The packaging it very nice definitely a gift that will impress. I keep mine in the box it’s so nice.

Received the 7 inch TooSharp Nakiri Knife Vegetable Knife on Friday. It's Sunday night. I've used it twice.I've had multiple hand surgeries and the weight and balance is great. Right out of the box the blade was sharp, no issues there. My only issue was the delivery. It arrived just as I was finishing a prep for a birthday dinner, I expected it to show up earlier.

No need to press firmly. This knife goes through like butter.

This knife is not only beautiful but it’s also one of the best knives I own. I’m a cook and use my knives to death. This one if gorgeous and maintains a sharp blade. This makes a beautiful gift! I love this so much I bought my son one!

Awesome knife. I work in a restaurant and it has the versatility need for different operations within food preparation. I also use this knife at home and my husband claims it is the best knife we own and that is the case because it is also the most expensive knife we own.

This is what was delivered. Not the picture shown. Thought there was a mistake and had Amazon send another one. Both knives are the same. This is more of a paring knife.Low stars because of false advertising. Knife seems to work fine (I tried it out) but it’s going back.
