I like the hat but I have a small head, so for me, it's a bit too big. The color is just as you see. I received the hat, along with a few others in different colors, in good time, they were packaged well, they were all in great shape, obviously new, never worn/used. Compared to similar hats I've purchased, these are about the same in fit. I'm hopeful they may hold their shape longer, but as of now, they sit well on my head (save for the size).

I would have given 5 stars if the sizing was as described - but it still fits my head. I would have preferred it a little looser, but - it 'fits'. It's cute and will go with just about any outfit. I bought it because I got the most unfortunate/ worst haircut of my life, and it's too short to be "fixed", so I'm just going to have to tough it out for a few months and wear cute hats.

This hat is different from the others I have ordered, and I have ordered news boy hats from this line in brown, grey and black cotton, and charcoal wool. What is different isn't the hat and size - it is the depth of the cap and the width of the bill. This is much smaller in height and narrower in bill width. It is nicely made, but if you are jumping on the cheaper hat listing at under $29, you are getting the smaller hat than the one that calls itself out as " (for big heads) "

First off the item didn't even take a week to get here and I was so excited, that is until I opened pkg. and seen the hat. Loved the color but knew I would need to Steam the wrinkles out, that was #1, dislike as received other hats ordered from different Company's and hats were ready to wear maybe it was because packed better.Second, it was a very small 7, but that wasn't the big problem it had a Tear right in a seam right near the Bill of hat. I realize the Cap was on sale but it was still Cheaply made. The thing is I have found this is the only type Hat I can wear and I love Red so I was so excited when I seen this hat for only $5.99. Didn't like the material.I am returning the Product and I just want my account Credited back No Exchange please. I am very sorry for this. Maybe next time I will try and get a more expensive Newsboy Cap.Thank you so much for your understanding in this matter.

Used this hat as the base for my Mario costume.I simply bought some cheap felt squares at the craft store and cut out the M logo and used some craft glue to glue it onto the front of the hat.Everyone loved the way it came out and it was much cheaper than buying the cheap looking premade Mario hat.The hat seemed to be of good quality and fit well, it has an elastic band to fit multiple head sizes.Overall its a great hat.

This hat looks nice, but I bought two of these hat's. One black, one white. All the reviews said the sizes ran small, so I bought a size larger. Well, the black hat was to small, and as a seamstress by trade, I know where a product has been altered. Especially when there's a good two inch piece of tucked up fabric sewed up around the rim. The white one was way to large. Luckily, I was able to make tucks in the back, hidden in the elastic, and I'm able to wear it. I released the fabric that had been tucked up and took tucks in the back to tighten the band.

I have a big head, apparently, and struggle to find hats that fit loosely enough to fit comfortably. This one is perfect for me. If you are looking for size range, I usually take a 7 3/4 or larger in hat size. I was surprised at how well made the hat was for the price. It has a sewn in liner of a satin-like fabric. I feel like I got an exceptional value for the price. I didn't really want a white hat although the color is very nice. Because it is 100% cotton, a friend tie-dyed it and it looks great ... very 60's retro but I think any color dye would probably do as well.

I bought this product for a friend who is suffering from Leukemia. She didn't want to shave her head of hair at first but she finally decided to go with it. Red is her favorite color. She said that once her head was shaved, she noticed how cold her head would get. My intent was to get her something useful even though she has to fight this terrible disease.
