Finally got around to getting it, so much easier and saves money
The instructions were clear on how to set up an account and activate this. I kept putting off/forgetting to get it until just before I'd be going on a trip. And, with this the tolls are significantly lower then just driving through the "gates" (camera arches) and then paying online. It was confusing at first to determine what toll systems this covered, but it has ended up working with more states' toll systems than I thought, and still saves money, even if I end up paying a few full price tolls now ant then. I did get a holder for this with suction cups so I could take it down during longer stretches when I wasn't using toll roads or bridge (or congestion pricing areas).

As shown. Replaced our 10-year-old E-ZPass. Very easy to switch over.

Do NOT buy for occasional use: $18+/year ongoing subscription fee!
We live in Indianapolis and go up to Chicago occasionally. Tolls are a pain, so I thought I'd buy this for convenience... only to discover -- after purchasing -- there is an $18/year ongoing "management fee" (as of late 2024, will probably increase over time). So, if we go up to Chicago 2-3 times over the next 5 years, we'll pay about $100 every 5 years for this convenience (not counting the up front cost of the transponder). It doesn't look like IPass (Illinois EZPass) has a monthly fee like this, but they are switching to RFID stickers. It looks like the best option is Illinois Tollway's Pay By Plate (getipass.com) is the best option (and paying by card on Skyway). We'll use this transponder this weekend, consider it an mistake, and cancel it. The $18+/year ongoing fee should be provided clearly up front _before_ purchasing this transponder. It might be worth it for people living in northern Indiana, but definitely not for occasional/sporadic trips to Chicago.

Have not had an issue with this at all. It sticks to the windshield with no issues even if you’re on a rocky road which Indiana is known for. The tolls always identifies it and it’s a great price. We usually go straight through tolls when other people are struggling.
