Purchased for my 80 yr old mom
Mom liked them but initially found them difficult to operate. The tapping was slightly confusing for her at first but after she practiced wearing them she felt more comfortable.

Company is reliable & listens to customers.
No strips to pull off prior to using. Evidently someone has received this prior to us. Does not work properly. I have since heard from the company who has willingly offered to work with me & has changed companies to satisfy their customers so I changed my review.

Best hearing improvement.
Incredible! After 1 1/2 years trying hearing aids costing $7K, $6K including custom molds without solving several problems these aids preformed beyond my expectations. Audiologists always say hearing aids cannot produce natural sounds! Guess what, they're wrong! This aid replicates 'natural sounds!! Before searching for hearing solutions give these a try, Amazon's will give you time to try and refund if they are not for you.
