What is the manufacturer's recommended thickness range for the 1/4-20 rivets?

It does not say on the bag but comparing it to some others I have .027-.165 would be my guess.

What hole diameter do i drill for the 10-24 size?

It should be 1/4" or just a hair larger like 9/32"

Is there a grip range chart for these nuts? I'm looking for a 10-24 rivet nut that will grip in a 1/8" thick material.

I used the stainless version on the sides of my boat for mounting my downriggers. It worked awesome. That top plate is 3/16, so your 1/8 should be golden. My next project is to use them to mount light bars to my truck roof. Rivnuts make for such a clean install.
