I needed to replace my 8-9 year old Dell laptop as I'm using more graphic & music intense programs. I was a little apprehensive because this would be my 1st laptop without my trusty CD/DVD drive. I had success in the past with an HP laptop so when I saw the specs on this unit I took a chance. I am glad I did.It was quick & easy to set up, even with the new Windows 11, (I immediately got rid of Windows 11-S as an option when doing install), telling it to install regular Windows 11 so I could add my own programs . If you use Windows 11-S you can only add MS products. Other than MS Office I use many other programs that are not Microsoft products.I downloaded Power Director, Power Photo, Cakewalk by Bandlab, MS Office, Audacity, & made my internet browser Google Chrome so all of my favorite tabs would follow me. With 512GB hard drive & 16GB of Ram everything moves much faster than my previous 256GB hard drive & 8GB Ram unit. It's also much lighter than my previous unit maybe minus the CD/DVD drive & I also used the integrated webcam for a Zoom meeting. I am on a wireless network so everything seems to be humming along quite well.The one thing that LQQKS sort of cool, but may take some getting used to is, if you're in bright light instead of the traditional black keyboard, the keyboard is silver. It may wash out in the sun, but as a power typing type I think I know where all the keys are by now so it's not that big a deal to me, just mentioning it for you.I am very satisfied & quite happy with this purchase as it's slipped right into my daily routine without me missing a beat. I LQQK forward to many years of solid performance as I continue to integrate all the programs I use on a day-to-day basis. Take a GOOD LQQK at this unit, you might be pleasantly surprised.The Bro J!!!

Solid and works well. Excellent keyboard. Screen is okay. You can work for about 90 minutes before you need to plug in.

I really loved how it came neatly packaged within two boxes. The laptop was securely fasten with a styrofoam all around. Starting it up was east and quick with windows 11 already installed. I really love how quick the computer is. The response time for when you click through different website and opening and closing sites, it is SUPER FAST!The only thing that is bad( for those that do not know how to type without looking down) are the keys are basically invisible under direct light. I’ve no problem with it …I think it’s fine. But they definitely could’ve made the keyboard letters a tad bit darker than how it is right now.This laptop is NOT a touchscreen. So if you want a touchscreen, this is not the laptop for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend this laptop. It is amazing.

I can't see the keyboard. Doesn't light up.

I absolutely love this computer! It is lightning fast. The screen is big and clear. Battery life is about 8 hours. However, if you are looking for a computer that is small and light, this is not the computer for you. The only feature I wish it had is a back lighted key board. Over all I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this product.

The laptop itself runs smoothly with no issues however the setup was very time-consuming. The screen is not antiglare so there is a slight glare on it. Also since the keyboard is not lit up, I had trouble seeing the letters on the keyboard no matter the lighting because the key color is white and it blends into the gray of the keyboard. The battery life is pretty long and it lasts for a good time.

It's what I expected. Nothing special but nothing bad. I just needed to update my old laptop since it was to old to update from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

I sent this back promptly upon receiving it and it took over a month for them to refund me! It was dead in a rival and wouldn’t take a charge or even work when it was plugged in. This was my worst experience with Amazon in over a decade!
