I was a little skeptical but willing to try it. I am a singer but have always dealt with a little bit of stage fright and anxiety before a performance. I tried these the night before at rehearsals and I am kinda impressed. I was calmer. The day before a performance I used to already feel the jitters coming on but I eased through rehearsals feeling quite alright.
