Item: Crucial Pro DDR4 3200, CL22. 2x32gb = 64gb. Mobo: Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX v2 B550. OS: Win Now you might think that this RAM is a little slow @3200Mhz CL22, but remember it's 2x32=64GB. I couldn't get DDR4 3600 32GB to run at 3600 as advertised. AM5 platforms are even worse, dropping way below 6000 if you start populating all the slots. This one worked out of the box, and worked perfectly with my Kingston RAM (rated but unable to achieve 3600mhz, Cl16) with both running at 3200. I use LLM's to help me with blogging and large amounts of RAM help for running bigger models, and latency isn't a huge issue. Don't expect to get anything more out of it though, this one is stubborn.

As with most RAM, this was very easy to install, works very well - even while having a game, several Opera windows etc open, still have tons of RAM to go around, picked this up for £99 and have no complaints - older CPUs like my Ryzen 3200g are usually unable to manage the 3200Mhz, but I recently got the 5800X and it immediately swapped to the advertised speed. Being able to alright tab between Minecraft Bedrock RTX and Judgement (by RGG/Sega) is brilliant. Most people, including myself, only really need 32GB, but I just wanted to make sure I will never run out for the time being. Specs if you care: Ryzen 5800x ASUS/TUF 3070 GPU 64GB DDR4 Crucial RAM (3200Mhz) Gigabyte Aorus b450 elite V2 Great RAM for the price. Crucial rocks. I originally had 16GB ballistix, another Crucial product, But this is so much better.

After installation, my motherboard automatically recognized the new memory and it worked without any problems. The performance was immediately noticeable when I started my build.

initially very disappointed as it wouldn't post with 4 in - i purchased 2x2x32gb. noticed it was not listed on the compatibility list on the mobo manufacturers website, but there are so many memories out there they cannot test them all thought i would update the bios and then hey presto - it worked. so cheap compared to some other brands and rgb stuff. runs a treat.

People in 2024 still building new machines with DDR4, so I decided to max out my AM4 desktop with few low price components. This RAM was a no brainer for 89 GBP, it even have heatsink :) I only had 32GB (4x8 GB) 2400MHz cl14 which could run 3200 cl22, so I added this guy to the mix. Now I have 80 GB ram. The mixed Modules was not fully stable on cl22, so now I am on CL23-22-22, with 2T command rate, but that is common with 4 sticks. I am not a champion in Chinebench, but I am ok to lose out 1-2-3% performance, could be more in gaming if I had the card and high refresh rate monitor. Tested on AMD with r5 3600 and later r7 5700g, first boots up on 2666, than in the BIOS need to activate the XMP for 3200 MHz. I think there was a BIOS version when booted straight 3200MHz.
