Deceptive advertising. Product came in official BMW packaging, but the side of the plastic bag had been slit open and looks to have been replaced. The box had a different bar code taped over the BMW label. The product itself is not official BMW and appears to be the same as the other knockoffs with the raised lettering. I wouldn't have an issue if it weren't represented as an official BMW product in original packaging. See the pics and judge for yourself.UPDATE - after 2 years the white has disappeared and the blue has faded significantly. Replaced it with a real original part from a reputable source. See the last picture.

Not sure what happened to it, but it was missing from the csr when I bought it and it bugged the hell out of me, I just got the bmw logo with no grommets, and it didnt even need grommets so I saved some money, it was ridiculously easy, and now the csr is full again.

I put it on only 2 months ago, blue and white paint on emblem are already oxidizing and it somehow it’s already dented although I don’t recall it being hit by anything. I guess for the price you can’t have too high of expectations.

This is the second replacement hood ornament since I own my car. The original lasted about 7 years before the blue faded. The first replacement, 2 years, same thing, blue fades. But it seemed to happen quickly, and for $10 I just bought another. Looks perfect. Just like the original. Pop off the old, pop on the new. Hopefully I will get 2 years from this one...or perhaps I will buy a new car...highly recommend!

Fits on my hood fine, but the log is not centered on the pins... makes it sit off to one side by about 1/8". Cant tell from a distance... but up close its pretty obvious.

I had them on for a couple of months and the blue and white paint started coming off in sheets.I would not recommend these.

The original emblem on my 2008 528Xi came unglued and was lost somewhere on the road. This is easy to install and looks as good as the original. Can't comment on its durability yet, as I just installed a couple of months ago.

This was a good fit for the BMW 535XI hood emblem. I didn't use the trunk emblem. The product came on time and it definitely was worth the price. The pricing and quality are great. For adhesion, gorilla glue was used (add water kind, not sure if all gorilla glues are add water). It snowed, rained etc. so far and the emblem is still in tact and didn't move. Great buy.
