For the price, this is a great little run for our chicks. This is temporary for us, but I think it will last a while. The parts seem decent quality. Everything we needed to set up the run was in the box and it arrived in good condition.Once the frame was assembled, we took a lot of liberties putting this together. The zip ties are pretty good quality but I went to home depot and got some heavier ones. If I was using this long term, I would say this is a must to get the fencing tight.I had help on and off to assemble this, but I think one could do it alone if determined to do so. I also used a heavy duty tarp from home depot as it rains here...A LOT!.. The tarp that comes in the box isn't bad though.We haven't tied down the run as it's next to the cabin and we don't get a lot of wind, but the included stakes would be a must to keep the tarp from making the set up airborne if you live in a windy environmentThere was enough fencing material to do the project with a good bit left over. The fencing is coated wire. It's not as heavy as chicken wire but it's decent and seems like it would work for several seasons before needing to be replaced.Shipping was fast and the packing was adequate to protect the frame for its trip across the continent.I would buy this again. It's not a heavy duty set up, but I would call it a moderate duty unit that will last for a good bit of time especially if you need a transition area, or, like us, a temporary set up while you build more substantial housing.

Does the job but the tarp is too small. Huge disappointment. He had a rain storm and lost two laying hens. I say it sucks. Invest in a better enclosure. The storm we had bent the frame and the door is a fight open. Not a long time enclosure. Just tempt with weak framing.

This was easy to put up, time consuming with the cable ties but not hard. I put the frame together by myself and my husband and kids helped with the chicken wire. I love that the wire is green, makes it kind of disappear. I would have given 5 stars but they give you 240 cable ties which is not enough in my opinion. We used a lot more to prevent gaps for predators to get to the chickens! Also wire ties would be better than plastic cable ties which will eventually dry rot and will have to be replaced! Good product for the price.

The wooden chicken coop arrived with broken pieces and had to be glued. The staples that held the wood together were too short to do anything but hold the wood while the glue dried and the actual amount of glue used in construction wasn't enough to hold several pieces together and had to be reglued. The ends of the fabric loops that secure the tarp to the metal coop were not burned so they unraveled and the stitching pulled loose. I cut off the loose ends, burned them, and did my own stitching with an awl. I can't recommend this coop unless you're prepared to fix these deficiencies.

Great starter set up , chicken netting isn't predator proof but keeps them in zip ties together invest in stronger sturdier zipties as doesn't come with enough at least not for me anyways also invest in more roof covers frame clicks together hated the raw wood on the house so stained and weatherproof it true to size

The parts were the wrong size I ended up having to use a Sawzall to make them fit the screws given were not long enough I had to go get my own screws so the hinges just didn't fall off. Had to use a drill for the chicken run to drill holes into the poles because they were machined wrong or put the wrong poles in the Box. This is not my first time doing a project like this and let me tell you they put very little effort or care into making these parts or making sure that they actually fit together. I very much regret my purchase and next time will be going to my local Wilco and paying twice as much for something made out of real wood that fits together correctly.
