Cameo Collar Lace Bertha Ivory Victorian Dickens Ball

I’d give this 5 stars if I didn’t have to redo a couple of the loops which were not sewn evenly. I plan to keep and fix the collar because it’s so pretty and fun, but the person who made this should have noticed the loops were not balanced. A collar like this is a focal point and needs to lay perfectly. That was disappointing.
