This watch is a great tool to keep track of ChiIdren. I ordered this for my daughter as she goes down the building to play quite often. I had an old Jio sim which I recharged and put in this watch. The normal call function of watch was working but all internet enabled functions were not working on watch as it was not able to access internet (however when I checked the Jio sim internet on my phone it was working there) I then tried with my VI sim and all functions were working fine. You can video call watch through phone app, audio call to watch number through phone dialer or also leave voice or text message through app. GPS is little weak and only provide approximate location.This watch is great tool if you want to audio or video call the kids without the problems of handing them a phone.

I purchased this Jellybean watch in Pink strap for my daughter's 10th birthday and she absolutely was super excited with it. Used Vodafone 4G LTE SIM card, worked fine, used the android app to setup the watch, easy process....As we all know how kids are while playing, she not only broke the screen, the strap was torn too.I reached out on the number for the Turet Customer Service, I spoke with Gurleen. She was very understanding, super helpful and very prompt. I was provided with an address to ship the watch for repair.Gurleen is very caring, understanding and professional. She took the ownership of the situation, offered me Assurance that the watch will be repaired.They fixed the watch within 3 days of receiving the watch. Also understanding the situation that kids are playful she offered me to put a tempered glass complimentary upfrontly. I was very happy.Blindly go for this brand as what is most important is the after care. Kids are kids and they are bound to break things. But it's reassuring to know that there are companies like Turet who will take care of these issues.Thank you for your support.

My daughter was excited to receive the watch but it only worked for 2 weeks then failed. We tried to charge it but it’s not turning on.

Bands are of low qualty..broken and alternate bands not available

Ordered this for my 6 year kid and it's call quality is good and can be called on sim like normal call, but you need to enable VoLTE in watch for Jio SIM. Camera is OK but too much zoom. Location is quite delayed and sometime is hard to get. There are many other features like receive SMS from watch to phone and disable all calls except whitelisted and you get caller alert on phone to avoid distractions with kid. School mode is very useful to disable all functions only screen works. It need additional safety feature to disable shutdown feature in watch or at least PIN based shutdown for safety reasons.

Ordered for my kids 10th bday and she totally loved it. All features are working well. Video call, voice messages are great. However, I feel the watch should be sold along with the scratch guard. Within a month, i can already see lots of scratches.
