This was actually my second choice. My doctor recommended a different brand, but it was missized -- smaller than it should have been. I then looked for something with the same characteristics, and came upon this one. I'm very happy that I did. Besides actually fitting (I have a very large hand, and the large size fits like a glove--pun intended), this is surprisingly comfortable. It is soft where it should be (most of it) and stiff where it should be (the 2 aluminum strips). It is very adjustable and seemingly well-made (it's still pretty new, so we'll see how it holds up). It also seems to actually work. It keeps my thumb pretty much immobilized, which is the point (osteoarthritis of the lower thumb joint). Also, unlike different types of braces I've tried, it doesn't seem to cause more harm than good. Finally, it's pretty inexpensive. For now, at least, I'm a happy camper.

I ordered this very well constructed brace in a s/m. I have a lg hand for a female and it fits good. The lg was too big and had to be returned. Comfortable to wear, works, I’d recommend this brace for anyone having wrist and/or thumb joint issues.

This brace had a great strong frame and adds a lot of stability. Definitely feels quite sturdy and protective. The multiple straps allow for some flexibility. My only gripe is that the velcro on the thumb strap seemed to lose adhesion after a couple of weeks. Otherwise, solid product.

I am suffering from De Quervain's tenosynovitis & the ailment has developed into a painful problem that affects my wrist & forearm. I had a general spica from the doctor’s but to didn’t provide any support to stabilize my wrist. Upon arrival I put this brace on & felt instant relief. The thumb support & wrist stability is definitely needed. I wish I would have purchased this product when I was first diagnosed with DQT but I didn’t & have been suffering for a few months now. Hopefully once I get surgery this brace will continue to provide protection, & support for my thumb & wrist.

Very comfortable to wear

Aluminum bars not removable or flexible. so it feels uncomfortable. Plastic bag was torn as well as the several pages also included were ripped. Thumb is too long. Very cheap quality, Overall not comfortable. Too tight around wrist/forearm

The brace fits perfectly, I have bigger hands. The velcro straps are extra long.

Good support for DQT tendinitis. Light and cooler than some I have tried. The middle strap is removable. I have only been wearing it for about a week but so far it’s working great.

Good quality support i purchased this because I had broken my arm and fractured my wrist in a fall and needed a more substantial one for recovery like all these products they can take a little getting use to comfort wise as I had to wear it 24 hours a day.

Have had to use a lot over the past 4 months annd it’s held up well. Exactly what I needed for my De Quervain's tenosynovitis issue. Have washed it a bunch of times and the Velcro straps are holding up perfectly except the small thumb one. Still holds but not as well.
