My 80-year-old husband had been somewhat hearing impaired for a few months. Suddenly he lost complete hearing in his left ear. We contacted various hearing aid providers and were informed that extensive diagnostic testing was a prerequisite to purchasing hearing aids. The cost for hearing aids generally are several thousand dollars at the minimum without the cost of battery replacement. So we decided to purchase this product, a low-tech approach to see if it would work. The package arrived three days earlier than scheduled. I took two days to get the product set up and tailored to fit. The first two days there was a reverb/feedback screeching sound. However that is not unusual even with the most costly hearing aids. (As a nurse in a hospital setting it is not unusual hearing aids screeching at a high decibel). I finally figured out it was related to my wearing my Apple smart watch while I was tweaking the hearing aid. After removing the watch and working on the hearing device, no more reverb/feedback. Anexcellent product! Works well! Definitely a better choice than selecting a very costly hearing aid. Additionally this product has a USB rechargeable battery. The cost can run high and the placement/replacement of these batteryies can be very difficult for a visually impaired elderly individual. However, it is important to emphasize if a younger individual has sudden hearing loss, Medical advice needs to be seen ASAP to determine underlying causes. Definitely a great product and has certainly improved the quality of life for a hearing impaired individual!

So I bought this hearing aid because my mother has experienced a lot of hearing loss due to chemo. We will be going to an ENT to get her hooked up soon, but I bought this to see if a hearing aid would indeed help her or if we should be looking into bone conduction alternatives. With that in mind, this hearing aid functioned exactly as advertised. It amplified sound directly into the canal, for an affordable price and a smooth look. Great. The noise cancellation leaves much to be desired and these don't work like super expensive prescription ones you get from your ENT. However, if you want to hear a soft spoken grandchild, or go to the movies, these will work well. They pick up ambient noise too much, so I wouldn't use them at a con, or anywhere people are speaking over each other, but in relatively calm environments for a few hours, they are perfect. My mother is going to go ahead and get prescription ones, but use these until then just to watch tv with the kids. I will use them when she's done. Good purchase, worth the money, customer service was great and they arrived on time with no issues.

Recently lost my hearing in my right ear this month and decided to try this hearing aid. I tried it out for a few minutes and does work but I have tinnitus and A constant ringing so the aid wasn’t too effective as of yet. I am taking steroid injections to try and regain some of my hearing and didn’t want to further damage my ear by using the hearing aid. I’ll wait till the doctor gives me the green light if it’s safe to use it. But so far it’s light, hugs the ear comfortable, and the controls are easy to use. Just don’t put the ear bud too close to the unit or you’ll get feedback, and with 80% loss in my right I can hear the screech pretty good 👂 😆 ... overall I think it’s a good product and shipping was amazingly fast! I’ll give a better review once I get the doctors okay to use an aid ... thanks Okay so I’m re-reviewing this product. I’ve since gone in for my steroid injections over a 6week period, and my hearing aha improved, but still suffer from permanent loss. I’ve tried the hearing aid again and does amplify the sound and helps me better hear everyone. For the price it’s a good hearing aid.

Good value for the price. My mom tried it for two months until the charge and battery stopped working. Noise cancellation isn’t great but it helped her hear when people were close to her. Definitely worth it to see how she would adjust to a hearing aid. Will make more of an investment now.

So, I have moderate to severe and severe to profound hearing loss, and my left aid (the moderate to severe loss ear) has not been working very well, and I need to get it fixed. But just getting it fixed is going to cost hundreds of dollars, and to buy a new one around $1600. I was on Amazon looking for batteries for an old hearing aid that takes size 675, and I was startled by ads of hearing aids for sale. This one was one of the ones that popped up in my battery search, so I went through and read the reviews. Saw one from someone with a severe to profound loss like me, and they really raved on the hearing aid, so I decided to give it a try. Just $59, why not, right? I wasn't expecting a Phonak aid, wasn't expecting the sound quality to be great for just $59, but was hoping that it had enough amplification to fit my temporary needs. Well, as it turns out, it's actually not a bad hearing aid. It's definitely "rougher" and not as well-made as my $1600 ones BUT it amplifies enough that I can actually hear out of the left ear with it. I really was very surprised, but my gamble to post-pone having to buy the Phonak with an aid that will just provide more balance to my hearing paid off! The sound quality is also a bit... well, everything is amplified, but there are no bass notes so everything sounds kind of sharp so I actually find myself turning it down just a bit (around 2.5) to take the edge off. BUT, I can hear the door bell ring, the phone, etc. So, for $59, I give it 4 stars! The main thing that brings my ratings down one star is that the ear dome is SO uncomfortable and does NOT stay in my ear the way custom earmolds do. I tried every size in the package, but can't keep the dome inside my ear and the smallest one just fell right in but because it's loose, the aid just whistles away. After a few minutes with the medium sized one, I have to give it a little push back in. The large is too big. I initially thought I could just swap out my actual earmold with this hearing aid, but nope! So, I will do some more investigating in ear domes. I am pleased with my purchase!

I bought the Hear Nature Enjoy Life , hearing aid for my Mother, she couldn’t hear nothing, I received it quickly and I am so glad that I did buy it for her . I charged it and tested it on my own ear , so far I still have perfect hearing, but it does work great, I put it on my Mother and she wore it for hours, I don’t think she even wanted to take it out of her ear . I only got one, to see how good she could hear with it . But I may order another for her other ear . One alone works great, but imagine one for each ear . I would highly recommend it. Because I was talking as normal and she told me that I was talking to loud . She said that all the neighborhood could hear me talking. She hadn’t been able to hear for over 2 years. I would have to talk extremely loud for her to hear me and she still couldn’t hear what I was saying, it wore me out trying to talk to her . But I’m extremely glad I bought it for her , now I can turn my tv volume down and she can hear it . It has really good noise cancellation, and the sound must be really great quality, for her to want to keep it on for so long . I know I sure am happy with her having it . It’s new and I’m not sure about the battery life yet , but so far it’s like a miracle , I do highly recommend this hearing aid for anyone that can’t hear or has trouble hearing .

I am a registered nurse who previously worked in an ICU setting where noise is at maximum with all the alarms. Unfortunately, my hearing suffered and after being evaluated by an audiologist I found out my hearing was horrible. I couldn't hear the TV unless I turned it up very loud which drove my family crazy. I couldn't hear other people on the telephone. I was embarrassed to wear any hearing aid but finally couldn't take it anymore. I tried this hearing aid and the experience has been wonderful! I am able to hear low voices, the TV and can finally hear what people are saying to me. The hearing aid squealing is minimal. The volume control is fantastic and the device fits snugly in your ear.I Iwould highly recommend this hearing aid to anyone who struggles with loss of hearing. In my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

Having a history of auditory problems in running in the family. hearing aids have been an everyday use to function. We have paid thousands for hearing aids over the hears and never thought this hearing aid would be just as good as those big-name brands. This hearing aid that we got for my grandmother is just what she needed. Unfortunately, we had to find an emergency hearing aid since her original one stopped funtioning, and after doing some research and I came across this particular one and thought to give it a try. When we received the device, I was surprised by how similar and functional it was. When we gave it to my grandmother, she didn't have any issues learning how to use it due to its similarities. Once we fitted it properly, as it came with different size earpieces, she was content with how well she was hearing and how powerful it was. needless to say, she is a very happy customer. With the various modes and power settings, it is just as effective as those big priced hearing aids.
