Exactly what I needed and great value

These do not make any sound
I ordered these for birthday party bags. They arrived and they make no sound at all! I’ve seen some reviews that they aren’t very loud, but these do not make any sound when you blow through them. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Don’t waste your money.
Only 14 out of 60 worked. When I told the company they were defective they asked for a photo! When I pointed out that was pointless they said I would have to return at my own expense and they would deduct their postage cost from the refund. At that point I got Amazon involved and they gave me a full refund with no need to return

I’m a children’s entertainer and these work perfectly for kids party prizes! Usually these are what most of the kids choose, very popular!

Great if you want something that’s quiet!
Didn’t expect much due to price and quantity you get, however I did expect it to at least make some kind of irritating noise. But nope, blow away to your hearts content, you won’t hear a sound. Not even a slight whistle.
