What is the size of the drill bit? What size do I buy for a replacements?

Not sure of the size of the bands but you could probably buy another whole drill set for less than what you could replace the bands.

How is the quality of this brand?

I bought MelodySusie and Saviland golden nail drill at the same time. Saviland was broken and returned, bad quality. This one has been running for 5 months and is very good. The price is also affordable. Highly recommended
