The ratchet head leaks after two months of usage. very disappointing

I love this watering wand, the length, the various settings, & how its made, just love the look of it, esp the bronze color, i picked this brand due to warranty, as i bought end of watering season & wanted to make sure had some time to use,company honored warranty as come the next season, the switch didn't work, wrote them weekend night, they got back immediately & sent me new one within like just 1-2 days received, so far working great, and they extended my warranty to boot! so wonderful, thank you!

The unit appears to be well made and (with care) should last a long time. However, something that was not noted in the description is that the spray head will not tilt any further than 90 deg from vertical. That means that I can't hold it above hanging baskets and water downward. The best option for overhead hanging baskets is to tilt the head 90 degrees and then stand far enough back so that the water "falls" into the basket.

This is the second summer that I’ve had this watering wand and it works great. It’s easy to choose different spray patterns for different plants. The large handle allows me to water baskets that are hanging from the ceiling in the pool house. It’s a little expensive but I think it’s worth it

I was surprised at the quality of this wand. I have used it daily since receinving it last week and it has been flawless. Everything on it works as one would expect. The wand's swivel head is very helpful when watering around the bottom fo plants. I also attached a swivel connector between the wand and the hose to allow the spray head to remainn in the correct position for watering the base of the plants. It also comes with a spare straine washer. NO LEAKS so far.

I love this wand! It makes watering my plants so much easier, and I’m watering a lot because we’re in a serious drought. The settings are all good, though I mostly use shower & center. The adjustable head is very nice, too. It’s sturdy, has a nice grip, & hasn’t leaked. I love the length, & I’m glad I finally found a perfect nozzle.

Arroser mes suspensions de fleurs sur crochets relevaient de l'exploit. Bonne longueur de 36 pouces et c'est l'idéal pour une petite personne. Pour l'instant tout est parfait , bonne circonférence identique de 5/8 de pouces de ma ose de jardin qui fait qu'il n'y a pas de fuite. Elle a plusieurs types de jets et se tourne par le haut et le bas !! La baguette est très légère et à une poignée qui ferme l'eau et contrôle le débit du jet . Bien sûr seul le temps répondra à la question ultime . La durabilité sera t-elle au rendez-vous ?? . Ma précédente (autre marque ) à durer 2 ans.

Really good. Works quite well. Only drawback is the finish. Scratches off pretty quickly - but that doesn’t seem to affect the performance.

I have only used this wand once since receiving it, but it's great. Sturdy and well made. Package includes extra washer and mesh screen for future use. The only difficulty I have with it is that it's rather heavy, but I'm a small person, so others may not find this a problem.

This unit permits me to water plants in far to reach places or low to the ground without wetting all their leaves. I appreciate the flow control valve which is more practical than a trigger mechanism as it can be set to a certain intensity without constantly having to depress the trigger and hold. Having multiple spray patterns definitely come in handy. On a day when the water was cold, I sensed that the grip on the thumb flow controller was cold to my hand, so I have wrapped this area with a piece of material that I had lying around and the issue has been solved. This unit is still new to me, however I am very satisfied with the flexibility and features that it offers.
