Not only does this protect me from the extreme sun, head and neck, but i also discovered today that it protects my head and neck from the rain. Not one hair on my head got wet as I walked in the rain. It fits perfectly and the mouth cover attaches extremely easy. The quality is great! I'm not much of a hat or cap user, but this one, I'll definitely buy in multiple colors. A great hat for any vacation, hiking, or beach days. I wore this during my trip to the Caribbean and didn't have to wear any sunscreen on my neck or forehead. The hat is flexible so you don't feel like you are wearing a statue on your head. The material is breathable and lightweight, very well made for an affordable price. It may look a little intense but Ill take that over sunburn any day!

Love the hat and coverage but the buttons for the face part broke after 1st wear.

I like this hat because I can adjust it to fit my head. I have a very small head. However, I wish the brim was larger.

Love this hat. Living in south Texas the summer sun can be brutal when working outside. With 10 acres to maintain, my brother and I risk serious sunburn. I have been using these hats for a couple of years. My brother, despite being given a hat, did not use it until the tops of his ears sustained permanent damage from sunburn. Now he is a real believer in their use. We can go out without it on and the heat knocks you over, put the hat on and immediately feel cooler.Only drawback is having to retighten the band adjust several times a day.To clean I put it in a large delicates bag, wash on cold and hang dry. I have several and can alternate.
