Alien wire usually have a different texture to the outer wrap and these don’t have that, but it is still very high quality wire and I’m very satisfied with it

I am really satisfied with this spool. Albeit some of the reviews like to knock some stars down due to the fact it's not alien-- it's nine bucks, come on now. This is actually a dual core clapton, and boy is it a good one. I wrapped me a 3.5 ID 8 wrap coil that reaches an ohm rating of approximately .32 and am able to comfortably push around 135 watts with this thing. If you need a budget spool that can get the job done well, buy some of this Pirate Coil spool, you will not regret it.

Very low ohms for coil making. Make sure your mods are able to handle 0.09ohms with certain diameter and number of wraps. Very possible with this wire!

Very well made, vapes really smooth at 35W with a dual coil setup. Lots of flavor too, without any popping going on! Def would get again. Only complaint is that the spool has only one notch where you can stick the wire once you've used what you needed. So if the end of the remaining wire on the spool doesn't reach that notch, you have to store it in a bag or something, since the wire unspools really easily. No big deal though, would recommend to any fellow newbie builders.
