I use these stock cubes to make seafood paella and they work really well - adding a shellfish flavour. I use two cubes for 1 pint of boiling water with 250g of paella rice (plus all the other stuff that is needed to make a paella).

Strong flavour just as I remember from my first purchase. Value for money.
