I didn't notice that the software only runs on a PC which is really just the driver. Apparently this thing uses USB serial but nothing standard. I'm trying to roast coffee and the Artisan Software doesn't list this thing. I can't even get it to read from the port manually. I mean not having a Mac driver is a huge issue. I'd avoid this if you plan on using Artisan or you have a Mac.

I bought this to adapt to my coffee roaster, but when I tested it with boiling water it read 186° with two different thermocouples, one of which read 210.5° with another meter. I would have liked to have the use of the additional capabilities of this one, but I need the right temp more than recording capability.

Una volta un'apparecchiatura simile sarebbe costata migliaia di euro. Misura abbastanza precisa (su un campione 100 gradi celsius ne misura 98).

Used 2 of them in professional context (food cold chain). Batteries last for 3-4 days, continuous usage, with display always on. More robust than expected. Not compatible with Mac, just Windows.

Can't work out how to connect the device to the software. Any advice please? Delivery and timing brilliant

いい感じで使えてます。 今後4chデータ取りし誤差どれくらいか確認していこうと思う。 すごくシビアな計測を要すものでは無ければ気にならない程度ではないかと思う。
