The shipper took ALL precautions. Personally wrote a note (with email address) . To ensure they arrived safely and "non-melted). They were cool, whole, and fresh! Love the product AND the care and concern for shipping them, with the heat so high ! Can't ask for anything more! Order from THIS seller! They ARE a little pricey - but if you relish them, these are worth every cent!

Trying to eat them is a joke chocolate allMelted together ice pack was hotter then the out side air put them in freezer didn’t help stillJust blob mess

Chocolate arrived solid not melted at all. It was 85 degrees today. The ice pack was melted but the chocolate was in insulated bag.
