I looked and looked her hours for plastic cutting mats that did not have the "non-skid" textured back. They said nothing about it so I thought they didn't. However, when they arrived, I found that they do! I thought I would give them a try because I needed them and I didn't want to go through the return & wait again process. To their credit they are very thick and nice. But I do not like the back. I like to use the backside for fruits and vegetables and the front side for the meat directed on the cover. Also the waffle cone back is very difficult to get clean. If anything was on your counter when you used it or juices went underneath they get stuck into the tiny holes. I would not buy again because I don't like the back. If they were smooth I would definitely buy again in the future. The silicone mat is really handy to for keeping the cutting boards from sliding around.

I am really enjoying these cutting boards! The mat helps keep the board from slipping or sliding while cutting, and it is really nice to have different cutting boards for cutting different food items, especially when you are preparing a family meal. They are thin and easily stored. They do not leave cut marks after using them like so many other cutting boards do. This is a great product, and I highly recommend it!

I bought this set for two reasons: size of the boards and included rubber mat, the latter makes cutting much more comfortable. Chefs at restaurants use wet towels for the same purpose, I do the same at home. The idea to replace towels with hygienic mat sounds very appealing.Anyway, no complaints about the boards, they are large, color/symbol coded for different products, look pretty. The mat, however is a bit different story. It's not really a mat but rather a floppy sheet of rubber. I do think it needs to be at least doubled in thickness, then it will stay put and and hold the cutting board much better.

I just received these cutting board mats today, so this is my initial impression. I really like that these cutting sheets/boards/mats are BPA free, dishwasher safe, and have a non-skid surface on the bottom. I've used one of them already and it worked well. They are all a bit flexible, but do not fold. While I thought I might be disappointed about this, in reality it makes them easy to wash by hand.

These mats are great! I bought a different brand in past- do not compare to these. Like that they are color coded and tagged with product to use . Coz that non-slip silicon mat which really prevents slipping and now i don’t have to mess with wet towels or something under mat trying to keep it of slipping, love it !!! And price is lower then other similar sellers have. So I would highly recommend this !

The are wonderful! Not flimsy but just tick enough, cleans easily and over all is holding up very well.

I bought these for students to cut on using hobby knives and razor saws and other such implements. They work great for that! The price was awesome as well--5 large mats, 1 smaller, and a neat piece of silicone rubber. Highly recommend for cutting whatever.

Received as expected. The color coding and signs are a great idea. Please note: These cutting sheets are displayed as dishwasher safe but the manufacturer warns against putting in a dishwasher as it will warp and destroy the boards.
