Makes great ice cubes. I make extra and freeze them for later. Pretty quiet and makes plenty of ice for what I need. Love that it’s the smaller, chewy pellets that I love. Starts out a little slow, so suggest starting early, but I can make 4 gallon bags of ice in less than 16 hours.Considering getting one for our camper too

I LOVE the ice maker ! I’m an avid ice eater and this ice maker makes the best , soft and chewable nugget ice that I have ever had! I love how quickly the ice is made and how convenient it is , love the little scooper and the little area to store it. This is a must buy!

It makes sonic ice but it never gets cold enough to keep the ice frozen long enough to use it. And as soon as you fill your ice cup up with water the ice is melted. Also mine broke on the second day it kept telling me that the basket was full and it would no longer make ice unless I physically pushed the button and held it down. I reached out to customer service and they never responded so I am replacing it with another brand and never purchasing from these people again.

Love it!! Exactly as described and well worth the money! The customer service with Beverly was even more impressive! When running the self-cleaning cycle, I misplaced the drain plug. I left a voicemail when calling before their office hours, then received a return call within the hour. My replacement drain plug is on its way! Thanks!

This ice machine makes ice very fast! However, the ice begins to melt as soon as it’s dispensed into the ice holder. Since it’s already begun melting, it’s impossible to avoid all the ice being stuck together. No matter how fast I put the new ice in the freezer, it still melts very fast. The machine came with a scooper & an ice bag. The ice bag now has holes in it from us trying to break up the ice. It’s just one big melted together ice block that we have to chip away at. It’s possible to make smaller ice cubes but it’s not a consistent solution. Some are chunks of ice (about 5 ice cubes stuck together) & some have broken off to be their normal individual size. There is a constant noise when it’s on, similar to the noise a fridge makes every so often. This ice maker works well for my husband & I but it might be too much work for others.

Our refrigerator’s ice maker went out, so instead of paying someone to replace it, we chose to purchase this portable ice maker. The BEST dec ever! We prefer this form of chipped ice over cubes so that’s another pro! Only downside? Because it’s smaller in size & there are three of us, this poor little thing runs all the time! Never-the-less, it has paid for itself in convenience & ice type preference. We didn’t go wrong with this purchase.

I have had four or five different types of icemakers. This is by far the best icemaker that I’ve ever used. It makes tons of ice. The texture of the ice is amazing. Their customer service is professional they get back to you immediately and handle any problems or concerns. I highly recommend this machine and I give them a five star review.

Great ice maker but doesn’t last even a year. Definitely get a warranty, you’ll need it. They aren’t built to last long.
