I try to do my research on products that I buy and I am soo impressed with this product. This is NOT a 110v product so you need to understand what you need to buy and install. Electrician needed if you are not mechanical. Lots of safety features included. Pan must be on burner or it will not turn on. There is also a lock button. I drink coffee and husband drinks tea. I put the tea pot on back burner and start making my coffee. Before I can finish making my coffee the tea pot is boiling. I've been using this product for almost a month every day, sometimes several times a day and am truly astonished. I put the video in to show the ease of use because there were complaints about instructions not being very good. I thought the instructions were clear and concise. Love this product!

3 wire installation (220 volts) is something from the past and doesn’t comply with current electrical codes. There have to be 4 wires: 2 hot, one neutral and one ground wire. A 3 wire installation where the ground wire is the neutral at the same time is not safe. I’m surprised that the sale of products which don’t comply with the current electrical codes is legal in the US.

It was super easy to install and it looks amazing, it's easy to use and it heats up quick, it's strong durable and fun to use plus it was a fantastic value 5 stars I highly recommend

Its way better than expected. The installation is pretty straight forward, connect the same matching wires, set in place with you're done. Looks outstanding and easy to clean. Seems pretty durable so far with the last 6 months of use.

Good size for dorms and apartments. The cooktop gets very hot very quick which is great in my opinion. Its also the perfect size to use in a dorm and cook anywhere. Would recommend this for any college chefs.

This is a very sleek and nice looking cook top. It's a decently priced and easy way to upgrade a kitchen or add a cooking surface where one didn't exist. I wasn't able to install this because it is hardware only and didn't include a separate plug or power supply. In order to use it without an install it requires extra purchases. It is a nice size.
