Honest Calm on Foaming Cream Cleanser For Women 4 oz Cleanser

I have fought so hard to find a good face wash I could use twice a day (morning and night) that does not dry my skin out or cause break outs. This is the one, only draw back with it being natural and fragrance free, it has an earthy pungent odor at first but goes away. Otherwise it has worked beautifully

I love the product itself and has been working really well on my sensitive skin. I use this after using the honest makeup remover wipes and before using the daily calm moisturizer. For a "fragrance free" product it does seem to have a scent but not a pleasant, perfume scent. It reminds me of what I imagined the foot cream in mean girls was *supposed* to make Regina George's face smell like (not the minty scent it ended up actually having lol). Kinda pungent, but in an earthy way. I wish it smelled more like the daily calm moisturizer, which has no fragrance but doesn't smell quite like this. Overall, I love it for what it does to my skin. I just have to rinse this well and top it off with moisturizer to cover the weird *imaginary mean girls foot cream* smell. If that doesn't make sense, scroll along HA!

This product is great, it’s a truly ‘clean’ face wash but boy the smell is not pleasant. The best way for me to describe the smell is, cheese. I literally have to imagine I’m smelling cheese to make the smell not seem so egregious but again, that’s the price for a nontoxic product

I decided to buy this product after noticing that it recieved a low (and good) score on EWG Skin Deep Database. I noticed some reviews for this product prior to buying it that complained about the smell, however I ignored those reviews and decided to purchase this cleanser anyways. WRONG CHOICE!!! As soon as I opened the seal, an awful odor filled my nose. This cleanser reeks of a rotten nasty "feet" smell, or in other words, a dirty pool locker room. The smell is absolutely atrocious. I know that this product probably "stinks" because there are no fragrances used, but how on earth can they sell this product without even TRYING to make the smell somewhat bearable? There are so many natural or more healthy fragrances they could have used to balance out this smell. Every time I use this product, I feel like I am smearing mold and waste on my face. Skincare has become extremely unenjoyable for me, and I am only NOT throwing it away because I have some faith that this product will work or end up suprising me. However, my face does not feel noticeably softer, more moisturized, or cleaner so far. It is just like using water! If you don't mind holding your breath everytime you wash your face, then I would recommend this simple "natural" cleanser for you.

Great on my 45 year old combination sensitive skin. I have oiliness on my chin, nose and forehead. My cheeks are dry and the skin next to my eyes is dry. Perfectly balances clean feeling with soft skin feeling. Has not caused me any breakouts either, like most other face washes I've tried. More expensive than some washes but you only have to use a little. Will be buying again.
