Item is very stiff and hard to get passport out for TSA and customs. It was actually impossible and I almost tore my passport trying to get it out of the case. Love the design which is why I bought it.

Used for my passport, and green card! All items fit perfectly in each slot. Great travel organiser.

there seemed to be glue or something inside the pockets - couldn't put passport in either side, and could not fit a credit card in any slot

Very difficult to get passport in and out. Basically useless. Part of the one I tried to use was glued together.

We used this for our trip to Mexico and also used it as our wallet so we could keep most of our cards at home. Worked well.

The passport slot is a bit tight and made it difficult to get in and out promptly when needing to hand it to security and such. But color and quality are great.
