Product is solid and well made. Unfortunately, no guide, instructions, or drills included as advertised. No very simple to use especially for young players.

My husband and boys have enjoyed this training device. The clicking is addicting and when you get the hang of it is really fun. The pieces screw together like the ends of a broom. They are really well made and easy to use. It has been a fun tool to help with baseball skill building.

I was trying to teach my 9 year old how to swing and was trying to explain how to keep it tight and pick up speed through the swing. This is exactly what this teaches and the SNAP at the end allows him to see he is doing it right. LOVE this. That isn't the only exercise but is the one we are focusing on at the moment...we will use the shoulder straightness exercises in a few months.

The media could not be loaded.  I selected this as a way to help my hitters from bat drag. The instant feedback they get from the slider tells them to correct their swing when needed. This device works in the same way a Camwood bat trainer does. My son’s American Legion team all tried it before a game and at bats as a reminder to stay closed and I would say it was great tool to have without swinging a heavy bat repeatedly. I think it’s a helpful tool that helps the trainer with providing feedback to hitters.

Powernet makes great baseball training tools. This is no different. It’s a high quality version of pvc pipes we use in batting drills. The videos show how to use it in different ways. I like the concept and even though we have a slightly different variations in how we teach, this works. The only improvement would be having a place to attach the end knob when using as a pvc pipe instead of a bat. Overall, impressed with the quality and functionality.

Overall the unit comes well packaged and from the instructions it gives a good basis on how to use it as a player/coach. One thing I wish there was after receiving this is an instructional / workout video that could accompany the stick to help players understand a bit more.
