The cross shredding is so nice. I have never tried it for anything heavy duty, but it handles paper, envelopes, etc. with no issues (ever) and I've had it since 2020.

This is a good shredder, but it just died and we had to replace it. However, it is because we were subjecting it to medium duty shredding when it is really a light duty shredder. We replaced it with a medium duty shredder.

DON'T buy this if you think you're going to get a little powerhouse shredder that can handle more than three sheets of paper in one go. I mean, the machine will chew quite happily through four sheets, but not without complaint. If you really do go for 5-8 sheets all together at the same time, then -------- I wish you well. Don't say I didn't warn you.This neat little shredder looks great. Quite stylish. ***I LOVE the handle.*** The top part is fairly heavy, so if you are at all challenged by weight (bad back, sketchy shoulders, etc) this may not be your top choice in shredders.Also: the basket is smaller than my older shredder, BUT even as the basket fills higher and higher------the little shredder teeth stay VERY CLEAN and unclogged . . . so long as you don't overload by feeding it too much paper at a time.To sum up: Shredder is a handsome addition to home/office. It's easy to use, with nice handle. Top part a bit heavy. DO NOT feed in more than three sheets at a time unless you're only going to do that a couple times in a row.

this product stop to work and when I called for warrants they said it was for the regular use, but for much I used it was only 10 times since i bought. and one more thing, it only cut for at least 4 sheets, not more because it stop work and overheat.

This is the cutest little shredder.. it also does the work (shredding) that I need which is to shred envelopes and papers at my auxiliary desk.

The seller was very quick and kindly refunded my money when it was discovered the shredder wasn't designed for Australian 240V AC power. Due to their good service, I would definitely purchase another product from them.

A bit noisy but does the job. Like that it warns you when it’s overheating. Great for the price point!

This shedder was purchased to replace a staples shedder that gave up the ghost after 8 years. It is still doing it's job a year later without any issues or problems.
