Ok quality
It has nice quality but long time when we use high weight then palm injury occure so be care full and join a gymIt. Is good for 40kg but not morethan 40If we use more then 30-40 kg its quality going to very bad and not workibg properly so palm injury occure

The quality of the product is ok.The Material mentioned in product description is Alloy. But it is made up of hard Plastic. 👎🏻.

Great for home workout
The product quality is good (don't know if the weights are really correct as it shows only 20 kgs on max on one end so a maximum of 40 kgs when you press with your hand).If you're a beginner, better go with this to increase your strength. Helpful for beginners.
