Love the case, but I could not get used to the thick screen protector - so I took it out of the frame and tossed it.The case is durable and eye catching - great value for the cost.

When I received this case the first time, my phone was unable to read my finger print through the screen protector, likely due to a defect that occurred after it was shipped. The seller reached out to me after I left a review which mentioned my issue. The seller offered to refund me or replace the case. I opted to replace the case and am glad I did, because the finger print reader works perfectly, plus the case is beautiful and durable. Pleasant seller who is easy to talk to and quick to help, and a product that I'll definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Aesthetically pleasing... Durability is meh, but the fingerprint reader does not work. I've been locked out of my phone and apps a bit now due to this feature not working. The screen protector is also flimsy. On the sides of the phone, there tends to be gaps in suction. It makes it difficult to type, have letters recognized, etc. It's not that great overall for functionality.Update: I have now had the case for over a week. I had to take the phone out of the case (difficulty with putting the case on and taking it off), but after I cleaned both the inside and outside of the case, put the phone back in to the case, and used a credit card to push the cover up against the phone screen, my finger sensor works. It takes some time and effort, but it will work! I can now use the fingerprint sensor with ease. My phone also took a huge fall onto cement this weekend and the protected the phone with no damage to the case or phone. So I have changed my review and added one more star. I hope this does help someone. Considering the purchase was under $17.00, I will say it's a good product for it's price.

It is hard to find pretty cases for Galaxy S21 Ultra, which also has a built-in protective screen. I am extremely hard on phones and spend a lot of time adventuring, hiking, and working in maintenance so I usually end up dropping my phone a lot. I prefer cases to have a built-in screen for I have never had any luck with stand-alone ones and without one I have shattered a few screens.*I have not had any luck with getting the fingerprint scanner to work with this case.*The built-in protective screen cracked once but they have phenomenal customer service and they sent me a replacement.

I had to remove the screen cover bc my screen was useless with it on and yes I removed all of the protective plastics, the car is a nightmare to get apart everytime, not just the first time. They give you a plastic thing to help open it, it took me an hour to get it wedged in. I currently cannot get it off my phone and my side button didn't line up so I cannot push it, but the phone case does randomly, yesterday while I was using the bathroom my phone called sos all by itself. I'm ordering something else, clearly, and I can't return this bc I took it apart so, I'm out the money. I wanted to give warning

The case fits my phone perfectly. The side buttons work easily and the charging cables connects with no problem with the case installed. Esthetically, the case is very attractive and the quality is as expected for the price.The downside is that the fingerprint recognition does not work even though I thoroughly cleaned the phone and followed the instructions for installing the case. The directions indicate using a guitar pick type tool to separate the upper and lower part of the case and that tool was not included, which did make separation difficult.For now, I'm keeping the case. I can see an upgrade in the near future though.

If you need case, what would really annoying you this is for you. The Front cover doesn't fit smoothly to the screen leaves you with a air bubble and now have fun to use your Phone. Response after 3 or more time, what a waste of Money. Manufacture should try it first before Selling. This was tried on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
