This stuff actually works (and it oddly tastes like Swedish fish btw- super good!) After 3 kids, as I got closer to 35.. my hormones went bezerk. As an avid weight lifter & gym goer for 7 years religiously: I started stacking on weight out of no where.. like I went from seriously ripped to looking like I’d never seen the inside of a gym a day in my life.. than this crazy exhaustion hit me out of nowhere: I was falling asleep on myself 24/7.. I could not function or get anything done. & my personality went from happy/bubbly to the most irritable and angry person you’d ever met.. than THE WORST part.. this weird odor that boric acid, antibiotics, and no doctor could solve (no std or infection btw and I was sick of paying money for 0 answers or changes..). Finally, a nurse practitioner at my GYN listened to what I was saying and told me “your hormones are probably off!” — but, the only “cure” is apparently birth control.. which I can not take because my blood clots too easily as is. So I went the ‘natural approach’.. that didn’t seem to help either tho UNTIL **Ray William Johnson voice** — THIS PRODUCT. It is the only one that has helped me & made all my symptoms completely disappear. I’m starting to drop this crazy weight, I’m in a good mood and myself again, and I can stay awake throughout the day.. and that weird odor? Completely gone. I’m on bottle #2, and let me tell you.. when I just went 2.5 weeks without this supplement, it all came back babe.. like hit by a bus, came back.. that’s one of the ways I know it wasn’t just “luck” — it’s this supplement.

Only used these for a short time, but am sleeping so much more restful already. I'm noticing less physical reaction to stressors. Cannot beat the taste for a gummy supplement. Haven't taken rx hormones for years out of concerns for safety, but I agree with the comment, these are a "game-changer," and might be worth a try. That said, the PRICE GOES UP every time I look at these here & there is a limit!

I am thankful that i found this product .. this is my third bottle and still doing good on my system. Sweetness is ok, i bought a different product before but it was bitter, so i stick with this one and the size was better too. ❤️

*April 2024 Had made the decision in purchasing these Hormone Balance/Premenstrual Syndrome Gummies For Women, considering I had wanted to try this kind of supplement out due to whenever I happen to be suffering from "that time of the month" symptoms. As soon as this kind of supplement gummies had been delivered, I had went ahead to try them and they seemed to do the job of assisting in regulating my hormone levels/menstrual flow. What is also another good thing about this product, is that it is suitable for all ages; So, you wouldn't have to be concerned about having to take these gummies at a certain age. I would definitely suggest to purchase this self care product if you happen to be someone who is going through hormone balance/PMS symptoms.

I waited three months to write this review to be sure it helped with my hormonal/cystic acne. Years ago I took Flo gummies and loved them. Since then, they've upped their price so I wanted to try something cheaper that had Chasteberry. I am very happy to report that these do help! They also taste very good, and I like that they're heart shaped.

I love these. I have noticed a difference from taking them and not. They give me energy, and helps with not being in such a bad mood. I call them my b**tch gummies lol I reorder them when I run out!
